FLA20/S can produce all types of vials from 2R to 30R used on the market such as penicillin, insulin, screw neck and blow-back neck. Vials can be manufactured with tube diameters between 8mm and 30mm.

The machine is equipped with 20 stations with double upper chucks for a stronger tube gripping.

The vial forming is performed through two pre-forming stations with single roller for shoulders preparation and two servo-driven main forming stations with one plunger and two rollers for mouth finishing.

FLA20/S machine is equipped with forced lubrication system for all moving parts and forming tools.

Auxiliary equipment for FLA20/S machine are automatic tube loader and camera inspection system for dimensional control type OPTIVIAL.

Functions control and parameters setting are performed from touch panel integrated in separated control cabinet.

With a set of special modifications FLA20/S can be converted into a forming machine for syringe bodies, glass droppers and dental cartridges.
